These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Revenium AI Cost Intelligence Platform ("Service"), including our website, APIs, middleware, and related services.By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
Revenium provides an AI cost intelligence and attribution platform that enables you to:
- Track and monitor AI model usage and associated costs
- Attribute AI costs to specific users, teams, features, or customers
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize AI spend
- Generate reports and insights about AI economics
- Integrate with multiple AI providers and models
- Manage billing and revenue attribution for AI services
We reserve theright to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Service, youmust register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You may not share your account credentials, transfer your account to another party, or use another person's account without permission.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Billing and Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. You can view current pricing on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are due according to your billing cycle (monthly or annual). We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for enterprise customers.
Usage-Based Charges
Certain features may incur usage-based charges beyond your plan limits. You will be notified when approaching usage limits. Overages will be billed at the rates specified in your plan.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your service agreement. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and trademarks, is owned by Revenium and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI cost data provided by third-party providers. You are responsible for verifying cost information and usage metrics.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Revenium in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revenium and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Customer Data
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete your Customer Data.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
