Today we’re excited to share that the Revenium Partner Program is open to systems integrators, managed service providers, resellers, technology distributors, and independent software vendors of any size. Enterprises are closing out 2026 and setting their 2027 budgets, and for many of them this will be the first planning cycle in which finance reviews AI spend line by line. They’re turning to their partners for answers, and those partners are turning to Revenium. We’re proud to launch alongside Flexera, Insight, PraxisIQ, SUSE, Trace3, and WWT, who are already building with us.
The CFO’s Question Needs an Accountable Owner
Every enterprise AI program eventually gets the question from the CFO asking "What did all those tokens actually buy us?” The invoices land every month, but the finance team can’t attribute them, and business units can’t defend them. Nobody can say what outcomes AI produced, whether they were worth the token and tool costs, or who (or what, in the case of agents) made the call.
They bring that question to you, their trusted partner, because you’ve guided them through technology shifts for years and helped launch the AI work in their business, and they expect an answer backed by data. We built this program so you can give them one, and so the practices you build around AI cost governance and workforce transformation deepen those relationships.
Economic Proof Leads to New Initiatives
Enterprises putting AI economic control in place during their AI transformation get the most from a partner who knows how they build and who does the work. Once a customer can see what its AI spend produced, the same conversation that justifies last year’s budget makes the case for the next project, and it often surfaces work nobody had scoped yet.
- Open the AI conversation in accounts you already serve. You extend your managed cloud, security, and FinOps services to cover AI, and customers get AI programs they can finally benchmark and improve, delivered by a partner they already trust.
- Turn an assessment into a project. Connect to a customer’s AI stack in minutes and run AI Cost & Usage Audits, developer productivity reviews, and autonomous AI ROI analyses, and the findings become the scope of your next statement of work.
- Show customers what they’ve never measured. Consumption patterns like context efficiency and skill use surface inside the tools and processes they run today.
Deliver It, Distribute It, or Build It In
Few partners work only one way, so the program supports every partnership type and commercial model, and you earn based on how you actually go to market.
- Deliver it as a Service Provider. Make Revenium the economic layer inside the managed services, integration, consulting, and advisory you already run, under your brand and your SLAs, so your customers buy outcomes you deliver and support.
- Distribute it as a Reseller or Distributor. Bring Revenium to customers who need to buy through your paper or catalog, and attach the onboarding and advisory that turn a purchase into a program. Margin is earned per registered opportunity and renewal, with rates depending on your delivery obligations.
- Build it in as a Technology Partner. Put AI cost, attribution, and ROI where your customers already work by embedding Revenium in your product or OEMing it to them, without building a metering and attribution engine yourself.
Partner Enablement Included for Every Stage
Partners get going fast, and Revenium supports every partner type (and their customers) with:
- A Revenium Partner Kit with market-ready, co-brandable collateral.
- Partner-led Service Briefs you can sell right away, with scope, duration, and outcomes already suggested.
- A standardized Evaluation and Implementation Framework built on the same proof-of-value methodology Revenium uses directly, which lets you run a first-hand implementation and evaluation on your own AI spend before your first customer engagement.
- A Branded Demo Tenant loaded with synthetic data that behaves like a real customer’s AI spend, so your sellers can demo in week one without waiting on anybody’s security review.
- A Partner Success Manager accountable for your customers as well as your sales pipeline, service delivery, and support escalations.

Meet the Launch Partners
Our launch partners cover all three ways to work with Revenium, from integrators running it as a practice to platforms building it into their own products.
WWT and Insight deliver Revenium as a service. WWT runs it inside its FinOps for AI and Management Consulting practices, where it attributes AI spend to the teams and workloads that caused it, sets budgets and guardrails, and guides clients to adopt AI with demonstrable ROI. Insight offers “AI Cost Control, powered by Revenium” as a managed service, implementing the platform so organizations can monitor AI activity, improve financial accountability, and make better-informed decisions about AI investments as adoption grows across the business.
Trace3, a technology advisor to many of the world’s largest enterprises, brings Revenium to its most important customers and trusts our team to identify and deliver AI savings and efficiency for those accounts.
“Enabling AI is where Trace3 and Revenium are fully aligned. Revenium goes beyond governing cost to help organizations elevate how they leverage AI, turning visibility into better decisions and measurable business outcomes. We are pleased to welcome them to our portfolio of top AI innovations.”
Katherine Walther, SVP, Innovation & Strategy, Trace3
Flexera, SUSE, and PraxisIQ are building Revenium into the platforms their customers already run. Flexera and Revenium are developing an integration that brings AI agents, AI users, and AI-instrumented applications directly into Flexera One IT Visibility as managed IT assets.
“AI is creating an entirely new layer of technology spend that organizations need to understand and manage. Through Revenium’s partner program, Flexera and Revenium are bringing together complementary technology approaches to support innovation and help organizations navigate the changing economics of enterprise AI.”
Jay Litkey, EVP, Cloud Management, Flexera
SUSE and Revenium are bringing economic control to the agentic AI that enterprises run on their own sovereign infrastructure, with integrated economic guardrails for SUSE Rancher Prime’s AI agents and chargeback for SUSE’s MCP services.
“The agentic workforce is coming to the SRE practice. We’ve partnered with Revenium to help teams put SUSE’s AI and MCP capabilities into practice across frontier models and sovereign clouds, delivering measurable value and efficiency gains while maintaining governance and control over autonomous agent spending on costly IT resources.”
Rick Spencer, General Manager, Engineering, SUSE
PraxisIQ runs Revenium as a business-critical data and recommendation engine inside FuseIQ, its AI project planning application, and uses those insights to drive AI transformation in its own service delivery practice.
“Enterprises are rapidly increasing their investment in AI, but most still struggle to understand whether that spend is actually creating business value. By integrating Revenium into FuseIQ, we can connect AI consumption and cost data directly to use cases, KPIs and ROI, then turn those insights into actionable recommendations for optimization. Together, PraxisIQ and Revenium are giving customers the visibility they need to move from simply tracking AI spend to actively managing the economics and business value of AI.”
John Shaw, Founder & CEO, PraxisIQ
Prove It on Your Own AI First
Partners can run Revenium on their own AI before the first customer conversation, and the evaluation you run on yourself becomes the assessment you sell.
- Apply at revenium.ai/partner-program. Tell us how you want to engage and register your initial opportunities.
- Create a tenant. Set up a Revenium tenant and connect your own AI providers and assistants, which takes minutes.
- Run an AI Cost & Usage Audit on your own stack to see your outcomes, costs, and consumption patterns.
- Package your offer. Pick the commercial model that fits how you deliver.
- Introduce us. Bring us into the first customer conversation, and we’ll run it with you.
You’re Already Having the AI Conversations
Your customers want to know what their AI is buying, and the partners who can show them will own the next round of that work. The Revenium Partner Program is open today, and we can’t wait to see what you build with it.
Apply at revenium.ai/partner-program, or register an opportunity at partners@revenium.ai. We’ll share more of what our launch partners are building in the weeks ahead.
FAQ
Who can join the Revenium Partner Program? The Revenium Partner Program is open to systems integrators, managed service providers, resellers, technology distributors, and independent software vendors of any size. Partners can deliver Revenium as a service provider, distribute it as a reseller or distributor, or build it into their own products as a technology partner.
What does it cost to join the Revenium Partner Program? Joining the Revenium Partner Program is free. Channel Edition partners sign a separate commercial agreement for the platform, and that agreement opens up our team, the platform, and the full enablement library.
How do partners make money with Revenium? It depends on how you go to market: referral partners earn on the introduction, resellers and distributors earn margin per registered opportunity and renewal, service providers sell the assessments, implementations, and managed services they build around Revenium, and Channel Edition partners buy transaction blocks to grow predictable AI usage revenue across their customers.
What is Revenium Channel Edition? Channel Edition is a Revenium pricing model available only to partners, built for serving many customers at once. Partners pool transactions across tenants and shared environments, get multiple integration-ready tenants, give every customer the full Revenium Control feature set, and choose single-tenant, multi-tenant, or bring-your-own-cloud deployments.
Who owns the customer relationship in the Revenium Partner Program? It depends on how you partner with Revenium. On a referral, Revenium contracts with the customer and you earn on the introduction. As a Reseller or Channel Edition partner, you hold the paper, you set the price, and the account is yours. Either way, we support the product underneath you.
How does Revenium protect a partner’s registered deal? We approve deal registration in writing. While a registration is valid, you’re the partner of record for that opportunity and use case, and Revenium won’t sell into it directly. If more than one partner is registered on the same opportunity, the signed order marks ownership. We don’t pick favorites, and each partner competes on the strength of the services it brings.
What is an AI Cost & Usage Audit? An AI Cost & Usage Audit is the standard first engagement for Revenium partners. It connects to an organization’s AI providers and assistants and shows its AI outcomes, costs, and consumption patterns in about 48 hours. Partners run it on their own AI stack first, then with customers, where the findings become the scope of the next project.
How quickly can a Revenium partner run a first customer engagement? An AI Cost & Usage Audit takes about 48 hours, and you can run it on your own stack or your first customer’s stack this week. Enabling your sellers and engineers takes days, and you’ll be delivering real customer outcomes in weeks.
Does the Revenium Partner Program conflict with reselling a cloud cost platform? No. Cloud cost tools allocate infrastructure costs from provider invoices after the fact, while Revenium is a workforce management system for AI, so you can offer it as a second practice with its own buyer and its own budget line.
